Green Chile Grill is a Las Cruces, NM based company that grew out of the love of southwestern food, specifically the unique flavors of New Mexico.  While we aspire to preserve the rich heritage and authentic taste of New Mexico, our mission is to introduce these unique flavor profiles to a wider audience.

Green Chile Grill specializes in making the highest quality products representing the authentic taste of New Mexico.  Incorporating old family recipes of the region, Green Chile Grill continues these traditions with quality local ingredients which we slow cook and hand roll.
